Common questions

How do I print these at the right size?
Set the print dialog to 100% scale, not “fit to page”. The cards are drawn at 85.60 × 53.98 mm — the exact dimensions of a bank card — so you can check the result against any card in your wallet before you cut.
Why are the millimetre values rounded here?
Only for space: the card shows two decimal places, so 1/16″ prints as 1.59 mm rather than its exact 1.5875 mm. The full-precision values are on the fraction–metric chart, and every number here was rounded from the exact one.
What is on each card?
The shop card carries the sixteenths with decimals and millimetres, for the bench and the toolbox. The school card carries the sixteen everyday fractions with decimals and percentages, for a pencil case or a lanyard.
Where this comes from. Exact rational arithmetic on the values shown — fractions are pairs of integers until display, and inch–metric conversion uses 25.4 mm to the inch, exact by definition since 1959. Card values are rounded to fit; every one was rounded from the exact value, and the full-precision tables are a click away. See the full methodology.
